Can’t sign in to nest camera
Care! stay away from Nest!

Nest offer
I was offered a reduced price for our nest in our home in Cape Cod. We upgraded according to your offer for $149.
We also have a condominium in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, that we have a nest in. We received an email for the same offer we were offered in Cape Cod. When I sent in the email for the offer, Google told me we already used the offer: only one offer per house. Well, we have two houses, and they both have nests, so one has a brand new one and one has an old one.
You told me we can't get another nest for our second house, which is not a good answer for us. Are we the only family with two houses, in each one has a nest? That's crazy.
That's why I'm not happy with Google. Where's my offer for my second nest?

Preferred solution: The same offer they gave me for my first house in my nest. They told me I can’t have a second home with another nest for a deal, which is ridiculous.

Need link for discounted generation 4 thermostat
They made me spend money on a 4th generation nest thermostat and yet Im still able to control my 2nd generation thermostat with the app. They never sent me any link for a discounted 4th generation nest thermostat so I paid full price.
E4 error message
I need help with no power Rh wire detected. This is not the first time I'm seeing this error message. What this is means?

Google Nest was able to handle my problem very easily. But contacting Google Nest was only accomplished through their contact link on their website for a return phone call. Using the number on the website pissed consumer did not connect me with Google nest.
Preferred solution: I received assistance, nothing else is needed.
User's recommendation: Save time and use the link on their website. Recd call from CS almost immediately.

Bought a Google Nest Cam with floodlight to replace a 30-year-old floodlight. As a senior citizen, I had to get someone to install it.
Once in, the failings started to show up. Found out that the camera only recorded 3 hours at a time. After 3 hours, the previous recordings are erased. Now, I do not live in a high-crime area, but if I did, I would have to come to an agreement with the criminals to stay within the last 3-hour period.
Nothing overnight, please. Google does offer a longer recording period for $10 per month. This light does not offer any security. Then I found out that every car driving up the street at night turned the light on.
(Note that the light is located about 50 ft from the road and does not face the road. There is also a screen of pine trees in place.) Just what my neighbors wanted. The other night, so many cars activated the light that it stayed on, even well into the morning!
Apparently, the software is not very stable. Too late now to remove the light and return it, even if I could do it myself.
Preferred solution: Revised software. Record for all night.

This issue is coming very often; I called a private technician to fix it. Temperatures are set at 72°F, but it is still at 79°F.

I called to get help with my nest thermostat, I was sent directly to a recording then hung up on so nothing was resolved and nobody even answered.

Brand new Nest tsat not connecting properly
HORRIFIC SUPPORT. BOUGHT A NEST STAT AND THE GOOGLE HOME APP SETUP DOES NOT WORK, AND NO ONE TO HELP. NOW I HAVE NO HEAT!!!!!!!
Google support for Nest thermostats is absolutely ridiculous. You guys should have a major lawsuit from consumers across the country.
You have zero support. I can't even believe people would buy Nest products again; I know I certainly will not.

Google Nest has “Activity Zones” you can select from once camera is in place. I’m guessing you’re most concerned with door/entryway outside.
You can limit it’s motion detection and recording to just that zone.
You have to go into your settings on the computer to do this. Otherwise, it works as described.
Well award of the "Activity Zones". The only way to stop it from being activated by passing cars is to decrease the zone to the point where the camera and motion detector "see no evil" i.e.
are worthless. No, I am not "concerned" with door/entryway. As stated, I had a spotlight with motion detection here for 30 years. I needed a replacement because age was creeping up on it.
The wall where it is mounted is perpendicular to the road. There is a screen of mature pine trees between the road and the target area. The road is just about 50 feet from the light. Repeat: 1.) There is no security here!
2.) It is not good for your neighbors. This piece of junk
