Wi-Fi error all the time I tried to rest and restart the Wi-Fi and I turn on and off the router but no luck . The battery of the thermostat is full. I called the desk support for assistance but no one answered.
Please help me fix this problem my house is freezing.

My Nest app offline for more than 30 days. We are currently back to Mass home tried to connect Wi-Fi to Nest App, use the troubleshooting and all methods.
It's still not connected with Nest App, we are farsighted to remote from App.
Need you immediately attention to help solve the issues or may need to replace a new thermostat.

I am in Tampa post hurricane Milton the power came back on but I do not have Wi-Fi. My thermostat thinks it is Saturday around midnight but it is Tuesday around noon.
The thermostat keeps turning down cold when it shouldn't be or turning up warm when it should be cool. They say you can manually reset the date and time wrong! I can manually decide whether I want a 12 hour or 24 hour clock and that's it for setting date and time in settings on the thermostat itself. Maybe I have to pull the thermostat out of the wall and get one cheap one from home Depot to keep from being frozen out in the middle of the day or woken up at night in a sweat, or maybe go through and cancel every day on my schedule and plan on a half hour to sit down to reschedule it all again once I have Wi-Fi connectivity again and just live with a wrong date and time until then.
They're saying online you can do it but you cannot do it. The time and date will be based on when you lost power and connectivity when your power comes back on but not connectivity it will just resume with that date and time. Also in general nest woke me up 1:30 in the morning with a text message, you can't override schedule without sitting down on the computer and changing a bunch of things, so much simpler were just a manual old fashioned thermostat to turn it up in Florida when you're heading out because you won't be back for hours unscheduled not the same like work schedule every day but to save money until you come back in and can turn the air back down. Automatically just takes over and doesn't let you control things.
You'll have to change your filter at 3:00 in the morning or not be able to use your thermostat just because you woke up hot and wanted to turn it down because it's harassing you and you have to tell it you change the filter now to get control of your own damn thermostat back. You can't really manually control the date and time, you wake you up with texts take control to force you to do things inconveniently.
Horrible product. Keep looking don't buy this thermostat that will harass you and take control more than it will help you and put you in control.

My cameras are still on and off of line. My Internet has never failed.
I dont understand why the cameras are on and off-line when my Internet service has never been interrupted.
Now my camera wont even come on. I have seven cameras and its the doorbell cameras that keep logging on and off I troubleshoot these cameras once I unhook and hook them back up they last football a couple minutes and then a lost lost service again.

It will not let me sign into Google. I looked at instructions and it is most likely over my head.
I am 82 and need to talk one on one to get this accomplished. Nest is completely installed by someone from Nest. In the beginning it sent me pictures of things seen.
It still sends messages of noise, but no pictures. Can I please have a representative to talk me through this!

We have the Nest thermostat with the reflective face. Only solution I've seen on here is take the batteries out overnight.
Did that. When it turned back on in the morning it goes right back to "Continue Setup in Google Home App".
Cannot finish setup in the app and need to factory reset the thermostat.

Its from last 8 months my thermostat is not connected to wifi and it say error w5 and try to resolve the issue by doing diagnos but never got connected and I am very much disappointed its after 5 months it stop working try to get hold of warranty but no respond or reply

Answering an email is not good customer service especially when you answer four days later. You should have a complete description on you tube how to install and trouble shoot your devices that you sell sense you can't have someone to take calls.
