It will not let me sign into Google. I looked at instructions and it is most likely over my head.
I am 82 and need to talk one on one to get this accomplished. Nest is completely installed by someone from Nest. In the beginning it sent me pictures of things seen.
It still sends messages of noise, but no pictures. Can I please have a representative to talk me through this!
Rethink your system because the one I experienced was no help what so ever. I was put on hold over a half hour. No one ever answered my call.
They are the worst people in the world have bad customer service skills n very rude and I would recommend anyone to them.. my camera still not working they aint trying to get it to work either

Never got thru on phone number. Would ring once then go to busy signal. Tried over 10 times.
Called them 20 times and couldn't get anybody. Phone is always busy. Tried everything they suggested and still doesn't come on. Need a phone number where someone will respond.

I mistakenly removed my Google Nest camera and was unable to add it back because the QR scan and entry codes on the back of the camera faded off. Since Google Nest doesn't have customer service support, I can no longer use the camera without inputing the codes. If you buy Google Nest products, beware if something goes wrong, there's no technical support person to contact for help. This is unacceptable as I have several of their products and will be in trouble if any malfunctions and there's no Goggle Nest support team to call for help.
The product doesn't connect to my WiFi. They don't make it easy to connect to a live person and even when I left my call back, no one contacted me. The Nest Protect was a waste of my money and time. There are other products on the market, I'm sorry I didn't choose them instead.
They can’t be contacted , they sell *** cameras that don’t work and you cannot contact anyone to help you!!!! So so mad, I can’t return the product bc I passed that period and I can’t make them to work properly. Also when I changed my router for my internet service I had to work 4 hours to reconnect the cameras with the new router and password. They gave you a video how to do and nothing works. I needed 4 hours to do it!!!! Never buy Google Nest products bc they don’t offer customer service to help you with installation or other problems!!!!
I will report them to Business Birou as well !!!
