No longer get notifications alerts
No longer get notification alerts on Google nestware camera. Called and someone hung up. Very disappointing.

I cannot get my cameras to connect to my new wifi
Ive called a dozen times and asked for a call back & my phone never rings & they just tell me to start over again. I sware I know the serial number by heart.
I have been working on this day & night, and I cant get any help.

My cameras were deleted from my account, and now my cameras won't work. I tried restarting them, and there was no luck, so I would like to talk with a live representative to help me connect my cameras back on, since I am paying a subscription for my cameras for a full year.
This is ridiculous that I am not able to view my cameras at all times.
I also need this security because I have a warrant on a person, so if something happens to me or my children, I will be suing Google Net for removing and not updating my service, as the service that is being paid for is not something that I have for fun. This is something that I have due to a restraining order that I have with someone within the same city, and I need to have my cameras on site at all times.

There was no experience. I couldn’t even get in touch with anyone. What a lousy service.
I have had problems with this thermostat from the day I bought it and installed it. It's on.
It's not on. I may have the oven on in the house, and the heat comes on.
Whereas now it is cold and there is no heat in the house. I've had problems from day one!

To cancel your subscription through the Google Store, visit the Nest Subscription Management page and sign in to your account. Select the Home, go to the Subscriptions section, and click the Cancel Subscription.
You can also cancel your Google Nest subscription through the Google Home app. Tap on your profile icon, go to the Subscriptions section, select the Nest Aware subscription, and tap Cancel.
To transfer your Google Nest device to a new owner, remove the device from your account by selecting the Remove Device option in the Settings section of the Google Home app. Perform a factory reset and cancel any active subscriptions. Finally, set up the device for the new owner.
The factory reset process depends on the Google Nest device. The Google Nest Mini (2nd Gen) and Google Nest Audio can be reset by sliding the mic switch to the off position and pressing and holding the center of the device where the lights are on top for 5 seconds. Keep holding for about 10 seconds more until you hear a sound confirming the reset. To factory reset Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen), press and hold both volume buttons together on the back of the device for about 10 seconds. On the Google Home device, press and hold the microphone mute button on the back for about 15 seconds.
To connect your Google Nest device to Wi-Fi, open the Google Home app, tap the + icon to add a new device, select "Set Up Device," and find the New Devices option. Select the Home where you want to add the Google Nest device and plug it in. The app will search for your device and prompt you to connect it to your Wi-Fi network. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

The Google Nest Mini and Nest Audio are smart speakers that allow you to play music, control smart home devices, and more using voice commands with Google Assistant. The Google Nest Thermostat helps you control your home's heating and cooling system. The Google Nest Cam can be used indoors or outdoors to monitor your home. The Google Nest Doorbell offers video streaming, two-way audio, and motion alerts, allowing you to see and communicate with visitors at your door from anywhere. The Google Nest Protect detects smoke and carbon monoxide, providing voice alerts and notifications to your phone.
If the Google Nest devices have a reliable internet connection, they update automatically, and you don't need to do anything for these updates. If you want to check for updates manually, open the Google Nest app and ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Nest device. Tap on the device you want to update and click on the Settings icon. Scroll down to the Device Information section, look for the "Software version" or "Firmware version," and you will see an option to update if it's available.
If your device isn't working, you can try using several Google Nest troubleshooting steps. First, ensure the device is plugged in securely and has power. If it's battery-operated, check the battery level. Next, make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Finally, check for updates in the Google Home app under the device settings. If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Google Nest support for further assistance.
To delete your Google Nest account, open the app on your device and enter your Google Nest login and password to sign in. Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner and find the Account tab. Click the Manage Account button, choose the Delete Account option, and confirm your choice. You will then receive an email from account@nest.com. Read the email and click on the provided link to complete the account deletion process.
