What happened? I'm trying so hard to get in touch with Google customer service because my product doesn't work, and I want to return it.
I can't find anybody to help me.
The biggest frustration is that I can't find one person to help me. I am an old woman; I don't know how to do this, and I told this number I'm going to throw it in the very review about I hate Google.

Actually this should be rated a big fat ZERO!!!
There is absolutely ZERO customer service for Nest!! No wonder RING is getting all their customers.
I seriously do not know how this company is still in business! Multiple emails over a few weeks to the supposed customer support at support@***.com with no response, no phone number to contact, just pathetic! I wanted to sign up for their nest aware service but can't and wanted to see if I could get a video from a neighbor assault with no help/response/communication.
They make it impossible for the customer to have their service, unbelievable! Save your self the headache and frustration and just go with the clear superior product which is RING!

To cancel your subscription through the Google Store, visit the Nest Subscription Management page and sign in to your account. Select the Home, go to the Subscriptions section, and click the Cancel Subscription.
You can also cancel your Google Nest subscription through the Google Home app. Tap on your profile icon, go to the Subscriptions section, select the Nest Aware subscription, and tap Cancel.
To transfer your Google Nest device to a new owner, remove the device from your account by selecting the Remove Device option in the Settings section of the Google Home app. Perform a factory reset and cancel any active subscriptions. Finally, set up the device for the new owner.
The factory reset process depends on the Google Nest device. The Google Nest Mini (2nd Gen) and Google Nest Audio can be reset by sliding the mic switch to the off position and pressing and holding the center of the device where the lights are on top for 5 seconds. Keep holding for about 10 seconds more until you hear a sound confirming the reset. To factory reset Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen), press and hold both volume buttons together on the back of the device for about 10 seconds. On the Google Home device, press and hold the microphone mute button on the back for about 15 seconds.
To connect your Google Nest device to Wi-Fi, open the Google Home app, tap the + icon to add a new device, select "Set Up Device," and find the New Devices option. Select the Home where you want to add the Google Nest device and plug it in. The app will search for your device and prompt you to connect it to your Wi-Fi network. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
