Need to reconfigure equipment
You make it extremely difficult to find your tech-support phone number. And because you make this so difficult as a heating and air-conditioning contractor, I will tell everyone of my customers never buy a nest because you will not get support easily!!!

Google Nest customer service stinks. 2 of the phone numbers listed on their website are no longer operational.
In another listed number, I was on hold for almost an hr before I hung up after leaving a message that I wanted a call back. No one ever called. This was apparently the main number (ending in 8209). Another number was always busy for hrs.
Why so many numbers for customer service? Why not one central number? I wasted hrs trying to get help.
I will never buy another Nest product. Meanwhile I have 5 of their smoke detectors that are not working properly (and it isnt a battery problem).
If I cannot get support, I'll have to take the smoke alarms down and replace them with standard smoke detectors. That will be about a $600 loss. This has been the worst lack of decent customer support Ive endured in 40 years.
Is there any Nest customer service?
Two of the phone numbers given on your poor-quality website are no longer in service. If there's a problem with the Nest product, how can it be resolved when Nest customer service is never available?

I had my doorbell and one of my cameras go offline. After several attempts at troubleshooting with no success, I decided to remove them and add them back on.
I haven't been able to get them back on and the support has not been helpful.
You can't even reach a live person to assist. Very frustrating!

I had a doorbell that had worked in the past and just suddenly went out I went ahead and checked the power from the transformer and realized that I had a transformer issue I went ahead and replaced that transformer which was working tested it prior to hooking leads to it and as soon as I hook the leads to it from the doorbell it quit working that took place three different times and customer service was no help and then tried to give me someone from just answer who charged my credit card $53 when the Google rep said oh it's only a dollar Will get rid of these piece of crap doorbells and find a ring camera doorbell do not recommend

Verified ReviewerAbsolutely no ability to connect with a human when I had a problem. Numbers shown online are disconnected, not active or only install. No tech help. Buying another company brand asap.
The Nest app on my phone stopped showing my house's two thermostats. I'm not sure why; it's not a WiFi problem.
Trying to follow online instructions to reconnect is of no help. It tells you to do something on the device to locate information, but that information is not showing up anywhere!
I've tried calling numerous numbers listed online - a joke. I'm buying a thermostat from another company today.

Nobody answered the phone during business hrs. Why not?
The Nest alarm system has malfunctioned, and I do not know how to turn off the system. The Nest app is NOT helpful.
