Called them 20 times and couldn't get anybody. Phone is always busy.
Tried everything they suggested and still doesn't come on. Need a phone number where someone will respond.
Tried calling nest cam 20 times. Phone was continuously busy.
The garage camera won't come on but the garden camera is fine. I checked the wifi connection and it was fine

Google - and their products are fine but customer service is terrible. There is no way to easily get with a live person regarding Billing!
After 4 hours and eleven different phone numbers yes eleven!-my wife finally found someone who could answer our question on Chat. Our problem seems to be resolved only no refund yet.

Upon calling customer service and being put on hold for 53 minutes, I took the option of leaving a message as I was promised a return call without losing my place in the queue three days ago. Presumably, my turn hasn't come yet!

Customer support is nonexistent. No numbers to call, no web help.
Its a loop of nothingness if you require assistance. We are going to have to go to the expense of hiring an electrician to get this learning best to run properly.
Installation should not be this complicated. Very disappointed in this companies idea of customer service!

I have connected my new nest learning thermostat and put the wires exactly the way it was on my old one and yet nothing happens. It is impossible to get through to Google customer service over this problem.
And this is the second one since the first one I sent back cuz I thought it was defective but the second one that I received in just installed doesn't work or light up whatsoever. And I can't even use my old Google nest thermostat.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I hired someone to fix it. There loose and disconnected wire.
No help to fix the issue. The nest thermostat is off line and no power is connected to the unit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I now have a working replacement, it is the third one I have had, so let’s hope this one keeps working
Today I have a new router and decided to give it another go, what a fool am I!
The app wont read the QE code on the back of the stat and I dont even get an option to connect to the internet on the stat. I am very close to throwing the biggest pile of tech rubbish I have ever owned out of the window

We have tried to contact someone ever since google got involved the sevice is poor our camera use to work great for a couple years never had any problems we couldnt resolve now our camera does not do what we bought it for security of our home yet are payment was made and have not heard from anyone about our services not working properly this is really really bad customer service can someone please contact us or correct or full service in which we ha paid for annually

Customer service took my call very quickly.
Is very knowledgeable, intense WiFi troubleshooting and it is determined I need a replacement thermostat.
Am waiting for upper management to okay a new thermostat because its a 4th gen but the ID# reference to 3rd gen but my receipt is 4th gen plus customs service could see its 4th gen.
So Im waiting for a new thermostat.
