Compatibility problem compatibility problem
Phone number is no longer valid. I have a compatibility question.
My new Google Nest is saying that it's not compatible even though I have an older Google Nest. I cannot contact a live person, so I don't know what to do.
It's really bothering me, and it's making me do a hundred symbols. So, what do I do?

Couldn’t speak with a person
I'm having difficulty with using the Nest app. I installed it on the new phone, and it wants me to go through the entire process of reinstalling and reconnecting to the thermostat. I don't know how to do that because it's asking for a wiring pattern.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Overcharged and want to cancel subscription for nest
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After calling the overcharge was returned to my account. I would advise to regularly check your google account to make sure your home security package stays as what you chose.
I didn’t get a straight answer about my overcharge and was told Google does not do refunds. Then I was told if the extra money was taken from account to call back and to also call my bank and stop payment. Then he could advise me of the next steps to take
My bill has tripled in a couple years and theres no way to contact anyone. I might get a lawyer because they are taking money from my credit card unexpectedly

Not sure what happened, but I don't have access to my Nest by phone. With our weather changing all the time, sometimes we need to turn the heater on.
